Return & Exchange Terms
Turf Teq allows for free returns for equipment orders placed online within 30 days of receiving the product. Please contact Turf Teq to arrange for the free return of whole goods. Upon receiving the returned item(s), Turf Teq will evaluate the equipment for negligence/abuse prior to refunding 100% of the purchase price of the equipment. Please note that the shipping cost on the equipment order will not be refunded. Only the return shipping charges will be covered by Turf Teq. Orders made in error by the customer are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
